If there is an inward deviation in the angle, we need to check whether the pressure bars bent into the block are too high. This is difficult to occur in molds that have already been produced normally, and can also occur in the production of new molds. The processing method is as follows:

1. Reduce the height of the compression bar for bending in.

2. Reduce the contact area between the bending punch and the material.

3. Increase the bending gap.

4. Adjust the closing height of the mold again and kill the mold.

5. Accelerate the punching speed, sometimes the punching speed is too slow and may cause angle deviation, but this possibility is very small.


Angle deviation is a common phenomenon that we often see, which also frequently occurs on molds that have already been produced normally. This is also a situation that we often encounter when repairing molds.


The processing method for angle deviation is as follows:

1. The mold was not killed.

2. Increase the height of the reinforcing bars for bending in, and if there is an R angle, reduce it while affecting the product size. Sometimes the sharp corners on the pressed bars that are bent into the material will wear out during the production process, so we need to sharpen the worn corners to ensure that the pressed bars can enter the material.

3. Increase the contact area between the punch and the material, that is, increase the height of the bending punch.

4. Reduce the bending gap. If it is an old mold, it is necessary to consider replacing the worn bending punch.

5. Reduce the punching speed.


In fact, sometimes the reason for unstable bending dimensions may also be caused by other factors. For example, when there is waste on the mold, it may cause the mold to fail or have other defects. As a result, the bending deviates outward, so in many cases, when repairing the mold, we first need to eliminate some external factors.
